What can I expect from the event?
The FRIENDS™ Experience returns to Paris with new elements! Immerse yourself in recreated sets; dance in front of the fountain, peep through the iconic purple door at Rachel and Monica's apartment, play foosball at Joey and Chandlers, and take a selfie on the couch in Central Perk.
Where is the experience located?
The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in Paris is located at Galeries Montparnasse | 22 Rue du Départ, 75015 Paris
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the experience last?
It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to walk through from start to finish.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the experience. After the spaghetti sauce stain on the couch, this rule is at Monica's insistence! Resealable bottles of water are permitted.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Retail Store will be open to ticketed guests, only, any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open!
What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are prohibited. No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome. Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
You’re encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space! Remember to share your photos on social media with #FriendsTheExperience so we can see them! Photo Equipment, such as tripods, light stands, and reflectors, are not permitted inside.
We also have premium photo opportunities available at various locations throughout the experience. Digital and printed photos are available for that perfect FRIENDS™ memento!
Is there a Lost & Found?
The FRIENDS™ Experience is not responsible for any personal belongings or items that are lost or damaged within the exhibition. All found items will be handed over to The FRIENDS™ Experience venue team.
Is coat check available?
There is no coat check at the venue.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers.
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the door; however, tickets are subject to availability, and guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, cash payments can be made on site alongside all forms of cashless payment.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets can’t be refunded, changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot.
What happens if I arrive late to my booked time?
Tickets are valid only for the date and time purchased. Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot. If you are up to 15 minutes late, our team will gladly welcome you within the limits of the exhibition’s capacity. The entrance is not guaranteed.
Do you offer a discount for children?
Discounted tickets are available for children aged between 4 - 15. Children 3 years of age and younger get in for free when accompanied by a parent or guardian and do not require a ticket.

Yes, there are paid parking garages around Tour Montparnasse.

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
We love our furry friends; however, pets are not permitted inside. Service animals are welcome.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough experience, but if you have accessibility requirements please speak to a member of staff onsite.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms, please ask our staff on site for indications.
